Start by peeling very ripe bananas and transfer them to a plate, mash them well.
In a saucepan, add the sugar and stir until fully melted.
When that happens, pour the mashed bananas in the melted sugar, stir well until combined.
After that, keep stirring until it thickens and turns into a caramel sauce.
Set aside until it reaches room temperature and transfer to a nice serving bowl.
