Start by crumbling the vanilla cake, add the scoops of vanilla-flavored ice cream and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Next, take a handful in your hands, knead it well and form a ball.
Repeat this process with the entire mixture.
After doing that, transfer these balls to a tray, place them in the freezer and let them freeze for 1 hour.
After this time has passed, in a medium bowl, add the white chocolate.
Microwave it at maximum power in 30-second intervals, always stirring between the breaks until the chocolate is completely melted.
Add the food coloring and mix to combine.
Next, take the balls we prepared and dip them in this chocolate.
Place them back on the tray and add colored sprinkles to taste.
If you’d like, you can also change the decoration and the base chocolate color.
Add one teaspoon of chocolate on top of each one and stick an ice cream cone on top of each one.
Place them in the refrigerator and let them chill for 30 minutes.
Serve.
