In a saucepan, add the condensed milk, the table cream and the unsalted butter, turn on the heat and stir it nonstop until it reaches a sticky consistency.
After that, turn off the heat.
Add the milk powder and mix until incorporated.
Transfer all this cream to a bowl and set aside.
Now, remove the filling of the Oreo cookies and break each of them in half.
Add these broken cookies to the cream we made and mix until incorporated.
Once you’ve done that, line the bottom of a small dish with a plastic bag and pour in all the cookies & cream mixture. Wrap the mixture in the plastic bag.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for at least 4 hours.
After this indicated time, remove from the plastic bag and cut into smaller pieces.
Finally, coat these bars in milk powder.
Serve.
