Peanut Powdered Milk Fudge Balls

In a large skillet filled with boiling water, add the peanuts and let them boil for 5 minutes.After this time has passed, remove the peanuts from the skillet with a slotted spoon and transfer them to a large baking pan.Take it to a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and let these peanuts roast until completely dry.Then, transfer to a large skillet, add the condensed milk and mix to combine.Turn on the heat and set it to medium-low, add the powdered milk and keep mixing very well until the mixture thickens and begins to pull away from the bottom of the pan.Transfer everything to a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap, making sure it touches the candy and let it cool until it reaches room temperature.Then, grease your hands with the butter, take a portion of this candy and shape it into a ballRepeat this process with all the candy.Coat all the balls in powdered milk and transfer them to a plate.Take to the fridge and let them chill for at least 2 hours.Serve.

  • 790g of Condensed Milk
  • 150g of Powdered Milk
  • Unsalted Butter
