Sauce
Start by removing the stem from a large mushroom, stuff it with a cube of mozzarella cheese then place a meatball on top of the cheese and close the mushroom.
Repeat this process with 6 mushrooms.
After doing that, bread all of them.
First coat them in wheat flour, then dip them in beaten eggs and finally, coat them in breadcrumbs.
After doing that, place them in an Air Fryer basket and spray olive oil over all of them.
Put them in the air fryer, set the temperature to 160° C (320° F) and let them fry for 15 minutes.
Now, let’s make a sauce in a mixer.
Add a bunch of fresh mint, the mayonnaise, the heavy cream, the honey, the olive oil, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder and blend everything very well until it goes smooth.
After the mushrooms have finished frying, serve them with the sauce we prepared.
