1 Cup of Refined Sugar (200ml Cup)
150ml of Oil
1 Cup of Milk
2 Cups of Wheat Flour
5 Tablespoons of Cocoa Powder
1 Tablespoon of Baking Powder
2 Packs of Condensed Milk
Into a bowl, add the eggs and the sugar, mix the ingredients very well until they reach a lighter color. Add the oil and the milk, mix well again.
Add the wheat flour, the cocoa powder, mix well until combined. Finally, add the baking powder, mix gently.
Now get a 22cm ring cake mold and brush some butter/margarine all over it, greasing very well.
Pour all the batter in the mold, spread evenly.
