Start by cutting a wheat tortilla into rounds using a small ring mold.
Next, roll each round into a cylindrical shape and secure it with a piece of string.
Repeat this process with +4 tortillas.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the tortilla cylinders and fry them until they are lightly golden brown.
Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
In another large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the ground beef and sauté until it turns lightly golden brown.
Season with the salt, the black pepper, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the onion powder and the chimichurri.
Add the mustard, the ketchup, the water and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Next, remove the pieces of string from the tortillas, add them to the meat and mix to combine.
Serve.
