Start by cutting the chicken breasts into cubes and transfer them to a bowl, add the cooked white rice and mix well.
Now, in a bowl, add the table cream, the water, the sweet paprika, the salt and the black pepper to taste, mix very well.
In an ovenproof dish, add all the rice with chicken, pour in all the sauce we made and gently mix until incorporated.
Cover the ovenproof dish with aluminum foil, take to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and bake for 20 minutes.
After this indicated time, top with the grated mozzarella cheese and take it back to the oven, bake for 10 minutes.
Serve.
