Into a medium glass baking dish, add a drizzle of olive oil and with a brush, evenly spread this olive oil all over the baking dish.
Using a knife, chop the onion into strips and spread them on the baking dish.
Get the potatoes and cut them into round slices, and also transfer them to the baking dish.
To season these potatoes, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 pinch of black pepper. Cover them all with a drizzle of olive oil.
Get the chicken breast and cut it horizontally, into cutlets, then cut into dices. To season it, add ½ teaspoon of salt and 1 pinch of black pepper. Rub these spices by hand and transfer the chicken to the baking dish.
Now into a medium bowl add the eggs, the table cream and mix well with a whisk. Finally, season it with ½ teaspoon of salt, 1 pinch of black pepper, curry powder and chimichurri. Mix it all together very well with the whisk and pour this mixture all over the baking dish as well.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and take it to a preheated oven at 200ºC (392°F). Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
While baking, cut the tomato into 6 equal-sized round slices.
After the indicated time, take the baking dish out of the oven, remove the aluminum foil, add the cheese and top it all with the tomatoes slices.
Take it back to the oven for 15 to 20 minutes and serve.
