Cut the carrots into round slices and set them aside.
Into a skillet, add the butter and stir with a spatula until melted. Add the crushed garlic cloves and slightly stir until golden brown. Add the honey and stir for 1 minute.
Add the carrot slices and stir for about 5 minutes.
Season with salt, sweet paprika, black pepper, saffron, chili flakes and finally, oregano. Mix very well and sauté for another 2 minutes so that the spices incorporate into the carrots.
Add spices to taste, you can use whichever spices you like.
After the indicated time, transfer the carrots to a small baking dish and spread well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 to 40 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the power of your oven.
Serve.
