For Breading
Into a pan, add the water, the milk, the salt, the chicken stock cubes and the butter, mix very well. Gradually add the wheat flour, always stirring, cook it for at least 10 minutes. Put this dough on a surface and knead it (be careful not to burn yourself).
Roll out the dough until it's 0.5cm thick and try to make it as square as possible.
Add the ham and cheese filling to one side of the dough and cut the dough into 2 equal-sized pieces (rectangles). Cover the filling with the other piece of dough, seal it by pressing down on the edges, then cut off the excess dough around the edges. Repeat this process until you've used up all the dough.
Into a bowl, add the water to the flour and mix until fully dissolved. Coat the ham and cheese roll in this mixture then coat it in the breadcrumbs to bread it well. Repeat this process with all the rolls.
Fry them all in very hot oil.
