In a tall glass, add the very ripe peeled tangerines, the eggs and beat everything very well with a hand blender.
If you like, you can also do this process in a blender.
Transfer everything to a large bowl by straining it through a sieve, add the sugar, the vegetable oil, the zest of a tangerine and mix everything very well until the sugar dissolves.
Add the water, the wheat flour and mix until it becomes a smooth and uniform batter.
Then, add the baking powder, a pinch of salt, mix everything very well again to combine and set this batter aside.
Now, peel the tangerines and cut them in half.
Then, line a medium baking dish with non-stick baking paper, add the wheat flour, spreading it with a sieve.
Sprinkle the sugar over the flour and add the tangerine halves.
Pour in the batter we prepared earlier, covering all the tangerines.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
