Start by adding the eggs and the salt in a bowl, mix well until dissolved.

Place one small round dough cutter in the center of the skillet, turn on the heat to low power, and pour one whole egg into the cutter.
Hold the cutter for a few seconds, then cover the skillet and let it fry for 2 minutes. After this indicated time, remove the egg and set aside.
In another small skillet, add one drizzle of oil, spread it, add half of the batter we made, top it with one slice of turkey breast, then add the fried egg, another slice of turkey breast, and finally, pour in the rest of the batter.
Cover the skillet and let it all fry for 2 minutes.
After this indicated time, flip the pancake using another skillet, top it with the grated mozzarella cheese and the oregano.
Cover the skillet again and let it all fry until the cheese has fully melted.
Serve.
