Assembly
Into a pan, add the condensed milk, the milk powder and the corn starch, mix the ingredients until combined. Add the table cream and the milk, turn on the heat at medium temperature and stir nonstop until thickened. Add the white chocolate and mix for another 2 minutes with the heat off.
Transfer the cream to a bowl, cover with a plastic bag touching the cream and let it cool.
Into a glass dish, make a layer with the cream, then make a layer with the corn starch biscuits. Make 3 layers with the cream and with the corn starch biscuits, then make a layer with the chopped white chocolate wafer truffles, and top it all with a cream layer. Finally, put whole white chocolate wafer truffles on top of the dessert and garnish to taste.
Let it chill in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours.
