In a bowl, place the milk, the coconut milk, the refined sugar, the grated coconut and the condensed milk, mix it all together very well. Add the granulated tapioca and mix well until you notice that the tapioca started to absorb the liquid from the bowl.
Grease a cake mold with a drizzle of oil, coconut oil or butter.
Pour the batter into the mold.
Let it chill in the fridge for 1 hour and a half.
Unmold and pour the rest of the condensed milk over the cake, and top it with the rest of the grated coconut (to taste).
