Optional Filling
Start by putting the wheat flour into a Ziplock bag.
Add the salt, the sugar, the dry yeast powder, the vegetable oil and the warm water.
Close the bag and mix everything very well until combined.
Next, spread this mixture well throughout the bag until flat, cover it with a dish towel and let it rise for 40 minutes.
After this time has passed, the dough has risen and doubled in size, transfer all the dough to a countertop.
Fold it a few times, cut the dough into 4 equal parts and shape each of these dough parts into a ball.
Transfer them to a tray, cover with a cloth and let them rest for another 20 minutes.
After this time has passed, place each of them in a pan filled with boiling water and let them cook for 30 seconds on each side.
Transfer them to a baking tray lined with parchment paper and score the top of each dough with 2 slits.
Top them all with sesame seeds to taste.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Finally, cut the bread and add the filling of your choice.
Here we used mayonnaise, lettuce, red onion, tomato, turkey breast and mozzarella cheese.
Serve.
