Assembly
In a slow cooker still turned off, add the chicken breast chopped into strips.
Also add the onion chopped into thin strips, the green, yellow and red bell peppers chopped into strips, the crushed garlic cloves, parsley to taste, the sweet paprika, one pinch of black pepper, the salt, the chicken seasoning mix, one generous drizzle of olive oil, the juice of half a lime and mix all the ingredients together very well.
Turn on the cooker and let it all cook for 15 minutes.
Now, line the bottom of a 22cm diameter baking pan with 4 tortilla wraps.
Add the grated cheddar cheese, the chicken we prepared earlier, the Doritos, top them with +150g of grated cheddar cheese and add the green chili pepper chopped into round slices.
Top it all with another tortilla wrap and fold the edges.
Take this baking pan to a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve.
