Start by placing the sheet of puff pastry on top of 12-hole cupcake tray.
Then, using another identical cupcake tray, press the pastry so that it fits into the holes.
If you like, you can do this step with a spoon or with your hands.
Add 1 egg into each of these holes and set aside.
Cut off the end of the zucchini and grate it using the largest holes on the grater.
Now, cut five slices of bacon into smaller pieces.
Season the eggs in the puff pastry with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Add the grated zucchini, the bacon, 50g of grated Parmesan cheese divided into each hole and green onions to taste.
Finally, cut the pastry around the edges and between each hole in the tray.
Remove any excess pastry and put the edges together.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve.
