Egg Salad

In a saucepan, add the eggs, add enough water to fully cover them and let them cook for 8 minutes after the water starts to boil.Once you’ve done that, peel and cut the eggs into small cubes.In a bowl, add the mayonnaise, add the red onion chopped into small cubes, the grainy mustard, the chopped parsley and chives, the lime juice, the olive oil, the salt and the black pepper, mix all the ingredients very well.Pour in all the chopped eggs and mix very well again.Serve.

  • 10 Eggs 
  • 5 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise 
  • ½ Red Onion 
  • 1 Teaspoon of Grainy Mustard 
  • Chives and Parsley to Taste 
  • 1 Lime 
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil 
  • ½ Teaspoon of Salt 
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
