Start by shaping a sheet of aluminum foil around a small bowl.
Make the edges very flat, shaping it into a foil packet.
Make 3 foil packets.
Then, cut the potatoes into thin slices and set aside.
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes.
In a small bowl, add the eggs, the natural yogurt, the salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix everything very well until combined.
Now, in a large baking tray, add the foil packets.
Fill them with the potato slices, covering the entire bottom.
Season them with a pinch of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
Add the red onion cut into thin strips on top of the potatoes and the chicken cubes, covering everything.
In each foil packet, add 50g of softened unsalted butter and spread well with a spoon.
Season with +1 pinch of salt and black pepper.
Add the broccoli cut into smaller pieces and divide the egg mixture between the packets.
Next, on top of each one, add 5 tomato slices and 100g of grated mozzarella cheese,
Take to a preheated oven at 180°C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
Serve.
