In a large pan, start by adding the smoked sausage cut into slices.
Add the bell peppers and the onion chopped into small cubes.
Then, add the mustard and the cooking cream at room temperature.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper, the vegetable stock powder, the cream cheese and mix everything very well until combined.
Add the finely shredded cheddar cheese, the frozen potato sticks and mix once more until combined.
Cover the pan, turn on the heat to medium-low and let it all cook for 40 minutes.
Serve.
