Cheese Stuffed Cassava Pie

Into a blender, add the eggs, the milk, the oil, the salt, the baking powder and the sweet cassava starch, blend well until combined.Grease a baking pan with butter and flour.Add half of the batter, cover with cheese slices then pour in the rest of the batter.Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 to 45 minutes.

  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Dessert Spoon of Baking Powder
  • 2 Cups of Sweet Cassava Starch
  • 300g of Sliced Mozzarella
