Into a blender, add the eggs, the milk, the oil, the salt, the baking powder and the sweet cassava starch, blend well until combined.
Grease a baking pan with butter and flour.
Add half of the batter, cover with cheese slices then pour in the rest of the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 30 to 45 minutes.
