Start by cutting the tomatoes into slices.
Transfer these slices to a cutting board lined with paper towels and cover them with paper towels, gently pressing the tomatoes to dry them.
Then, transfer the tomato slices to a plate.
Sprinkle wheat flour to coat all of them.
Turn them over and repeat the same process on the other side, then set aside.
In a small bowl, add the egg, the sweet paprika, the garlic powder, the cinnamon powder, the salt, the water and mix until combined.
Transfer this sauce to a medium dish.
Dip the tomato slices in this sauce we prepared and then coat them in breadcrumbs.
Repeat this process with all the slices.
In a skillet over medium heat filled with some hot oil, add the slices we prepared and let them fry until golden brown on both sides.
Serve.
