
Start by cutting out pieces of the vanilla cake by pressing some glasses into it and set aside.
The glasses hold about 220ml.
In a small bowl, add the hot water, the instant coffee and stir until the coffee dissolves.
Next, poke the cake in the glasses with the help of a fork.
Add the coffee we prepared using a spoon and set aside.
Now, in a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the sugar, the whipping cream and beat until it reaches stiff peaks.
Transfer this mixture into a piping bag, pipe it onto the cake in the glasses, making small peaks with the cream.
To finish, sprinkle instant coffee powder to taste on top of the glasses.
Serve.
