Tiramisu Cake

Start by cutting out pieces of the vanilla cake by pressing some glasses into it and set aside.The glasses hold about 220ml.In a small bowl, add the hot water, the instant coffee and stir until the coffee dissolves.Next, poke the cake in the glasses with the help of a fork.Add the coffee we prepared using a spoon and set aside.Now, in a large bowl, add the cream cheese, the sugar, the whipping cream and beat until it reaches stiff peaks.Transfer this mixture into a piping bag, pipe it onto the cake in the glasses, making small peaks with the cream.To finish, sprinkle instant coffee powder to taste on top of the glasses.Serve.

  • 1 Large Vanilla Cake
  • 200ml of Hot Water
  • 2 Teaspoons of Instant Coffee
  • 150g of Cream Cheese
  • 100g of Refined Sugar
  • 300ml of Whipping Cream
  • Instant Coffee Powder to Taste
