
Syrup
Start by placing the passion fruit pulp into a coffee strainer with the ground coffee.
Add the very hot water and let it drip through completely.
Next, transfer it to a blender, add the eggs, the sugar, the passion fruit pulps and blend everything very well.
Transfer it to a large bowl, add the vegetable oil, the wheat flour and mix everything very well until fully combined.
Add the baking powder and mix gently to incorporate.
Transfer everything to a baking pan greased with butter and dusted with wheat flour.
Take it to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 40 minutes.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat add the condensed milk, the butter, the passion fruit pulps and stir very well until the mixture fully combines and comes away from the bottom of the skillet.
Add the heavy cream and stir again to incorporate.
After the cake has baked, finish with the passion fruit syrup we prepared.
Serve.
