Into a saucepan, add the condensed milk, the table cream, the milk powder and mix it all very well.
Turn the heat on medium and mix it all together very well until it gains some consistency.
Turn off the heat and stir for another minute. Transfer the cream to a bowl, cover it with a plastic bag and let it cool down.
Whip the whipped cream until creamy, keep it in the fridge.
In the electric mixer, whip the cream (once it has cooled down) for 2 minutes. Mix the cream with the whipped cream and pour into a glass dish.
Top it with some chocolate sprinkles if you like.
Take it to the fridge and let it chill for 2-3 hours.
