
Start by adding the egg yolks to the beef liver and mix everything very well.

Add the liver mixture and spread it.
Cover the skillet and let it fry for 5 minutes.
After this time has passed, flip it over with the help of a plate.
Add the shredded mozzarella cheese, cover the skillet again and let it fry for +5 minutes.
