Start by placing the ground beef on top of the empty twenty-egg carton and spread it with the help of a rolling pin.
Place it in the freezer and let it chill for 15 minutes.
Next, cut the burger buns in half.
Now, on the bottom half, add the slices of cheddar cheese and set aside.
On a tray, add a line of salt, a line of black pepper, a line of sweet paprika, a line of onion powder and repeat this process until you reach the end of the tray.
Place the meat on top of the tray, take a portion of this meat, roll it into a ball and spread it over the seasoning.
Repeat this process with all the meat.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add the unsalted butter and stir everything thoroughly until it melts completely.
Once that happens, add the meatballs and fry them all thoroughly until fully browned.
Remove them from the skillet and drain the excess grease on a plate lined with paper towels.
Place the meat on top of the buns with cheese and top them with 9 more slices of cheddar cheese.
Then, add ketchup and mustard to taste.
Cover everything with the remaining bun halves and brush melted unsalted butter over everything.
Take to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 15 minutes.
Serve.
