Ganache
Into a blender, start by adding the packs of condensed milk and the table cream, blend on medium power for 2 minutes.
Add the squeezed lemon juice and blend again for another 2 minutes.
After that, pour half of the cream into a medium glass dish, add 2 packets of chocolate-covered wafer biscuits cut in half and spread them all over the cream.
Top them with the rest of the cream and spread evenly.
In a bowl, place the semisweet chocolate and melt it in the microwave in 30-second intervals or in a double boiler. Add the table cream and mix well until a ganache is formed.
Pour this ganache all over the dessert, spread evenly.
Top it all with the last packet of chocolate-covered wafer biscuits, on top of the ganache.
Take it to the fridge and leave it there for about 1 hour.
