
Seasoned Cream Cheese
Start by dipping the slices of bread in the melted unsalted butter.
Next, make shallow cuts on each slice, forming small squares.
To make the filling, add a slice of cheddar cheese and one tablespoon of seasoned cream cheese.
Then top it with another slice of cheddar cheese and close it with another slice of bread.
Repeat this process with the remaining ingredients.
After doing that, transfer everything to a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add 50g of mozzarella cheese on top of each one.
Place in a preheated oven at 200° C (400° F) and bake for 15 minutes.
To make the seasoned cream cheese, take a medium bowl.
Add the cream cheese, the salt, the black pepper, the garlic powder, the onion powder, the bacon bits, parsley and green onions to taste and mix everything very well to combine.
Serve.
