Cheese Sauce
For Breading
Start by chopping the onion into dices, set aside.
Chop the chives and set aside.
Cut the precooked potato into 4 pieces, also cut the chicken into cubes..
Into a food processor or blender, add the chicken, the potatoes, the garlic, season with salt and black pepper, also add the panko flour, the onion and finally, the chives. Close it and blend it all together until it forms a mixture.
Once you've blended it, transfer this mixture to a pastry bag and cut off its tip.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and make circles with the mixture in the pastry bag until you've used up all of it. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and take it to the freezer until well frozen.
When our donuts are almost frozen, get a pan to make the cheese sauce. Add the butter, the garlic, the mayonnaise, the sugar, the milk and the cheddar cheese. Mix it all together very well over low heat until it gains consistency. Set aside.
Get the frozen donuts and let's start breading them. Start by coating them in wheat flour, then dip them in the beaten eggs and finally, coat them in the panko flour. If you don't have any panko flour, you can use breadcrumbs instead.
Repeat this process with all donuts.
Fry in hot oil, do not add more than 4 donuts in the skillet, to prevent the oil from cooling down.
Drain on paper towels and serve.
