In a large bowl, add the chicken wings.
Add enough water to cover everything, the baking soda and mix very well.
Then, remove them from the water, dry each one well and make a shallow cut right in the center of each wing.
Now, fill each one with ½ teaspoon of salted butter.
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the chicken wings we prepared, cover the skillet and let everything fry until the butter melts completely.
Then, turn all the chicken wings over and let them fry on the other side for another 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, add the soy sauce, the mustard, the ketchup, the honey and mix.
Add all this sauce to the skillet with the wings and stir everything very well until combined.
Add the Coca Cola, cover the skillet and let everything cook for 15 minutes.
Serve.
