Into a bowl, add the ground beef, the bread flour, the diced onion, the crushed garlic cloves, the eggs, the salt and the black pepper. Mix very well until combined.
After that, transfer this meat to a mini-loaf tin, and press a glass into the loaf tin horizontally to make a hole in the center of the meat.
Fill this hole with the slices of ham, add the cream cheese seasoned with parsley over the ham, but that’s totally optional. Spread very well.
Add the slices of mozzarella over the cream cheese. Finally, add 3 whole eggs over the mozzarella.
Finally, take this loaf tin to a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) and let it bake for 50 minutes.
