Start by putting the ground beef in a bowl and season with a teaspoon of salt, with the black pepper, the sweet paprika and the oregano, mix it all together very well until spices incorporate into the meat.
Get a 200g portion of this meat and flatten it into a burger patty
Next, get 50g of spaghetti pasta and wrap the meat around it, leaving the spaghetti in the center. It made 3 meatball-wrapped spaghetti here. After that, set aside.
Chop the onion into dices and set aside.
Into a skillet over medium-low heat, add enough olive oil or oil to cover its bottom.
Then add the meatball-wrapped spaghetti into the skillet and sear all sides.
Add the chopped onion, the crushed garlic cloves, the red pepper, the diced tomato, the salt and the pinches of black pepper, let it all cook over medium-low heat.
Meanwhile, into a bowl, add the tomato paste and the 250ml of water, mix well until the tomato paste dissolves.
After that, pour the sauce we’ve just made into the skillet and add 200ml of water. Close the skillet and let it cook for 20 minutes.
After the indicated time, sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the meat, close the skillet again and let it all cook for another 5 minutes or until the cheese melts.
Top with parsley to taste.
Serve.
