  • 3 Crushed Garlic Cloves
  • ½ Red Pepper
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons of Salt
  • 2 Generous Pinches of Black Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
  • 450ml of Water
  • 150g of Mozzarella Cheese
  • Parsley to Taste
