Start by cutting off the ends of the zucchinis. Cut them in half then cut them into strips.
After that, transfer them to a bowl and season with salt. Mix well so that the salt incorporates into the zucchinis. Set aside.
Now, into another bowl, add the eggs, the table cream, ½ teaspoon of salt and the wheat flour, mix well until combined.
Into a skillet, add some oil or olive oil and let it heat up. The ideal temperature is about 160°C (320°F).
When the oil is hot enough, coat the zucchini strips in the batter and transfer them to the skillet. Let them fry until golden.
Flip to fry the other side as well, until golden.
Take them out of the skillet and drain on paper towels.
Serve.
