Whip the whipped cream mixture until very creamy, add the dulce de leche (save about 1 tablespoon for garnishing) and whip again until it gains consistency.
Decorate a glass dish with the dulce the leche we've set aside and make the first layer of cream, then make a layer of chocolate cookies, repeat this process until you top it all with a layer of cream.
Cover with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Top with crushed biscuits, -use a sieve to help you sprinkle the biscuits around the dessert, leave the center empty.
In the center of the dessert, add some crushed cashew nuts to garnish (to taste).
