In a bowl, add the egg, the salt, the vanilla essence and the sugar, beat with an electric mixer until foamy.
Sift the wheat flour and the baking powder, also putting them in the bowl.
Mix very well using a whisk.
Add the milk and the melted butter, mix well until combined.
Now, in each of the 4 aluminum foil muffin molds, add 1 paper cupcake mold and pour in the batter, filling 80% of the molds.
Repeat this process with the rest of the molds and the batter.
Put the molds in a steamer pot filled with boiling water, just like shown in the video.
Cover the pot and let them cook for 20 minutes.
Serve.
