
Start by making a marking using a pot lid just like mine then cut along the marking.
Next, cut the center of the pastry into a round shape using a glass and set aside.
Cut the apples in half, remove their core, cut them into thin strips and set aside.
Now, prepare another 300g of puff pastry, mark the pastry using a lid, cut along the marking and using a glass, make a round hole in the center of the pastry again.
Next, place the apples we cut one on top of the other until the entire pastry is covered.
Add granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to taste.
Add the other puff pastry we prepared and transfer to a large baking tray.
Add some more granulated sugar and ground cinnamon to taste.
Next, place the glass in the center of the pastry and fill it halfway with water.
Take the dessert to a preheated oven at 180° C (350° F) and bake for 20 minutes.
Serve.
