Tilapia
Start by cutting the small potatoes into round slices and transfer them to a bowl, add the salt, the black pepper and the olive oil, mix very well until incorporated.
Transfer all these potatoes to a baking sheet, take them to a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) and let them bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a skillet, add one drizzle of oil, spread well using a brush, add the tilapia filets, one pinch of salt, the lemon pepper, the lime juice, let them fry for 3 minutes.
Then flip, season the other side with the same spices and let them fry for another 3 minutes.
After this indicated time, remove them from the skillet.
Serve with the baked potatoes.
