Creamy Mixture
In a large skillet over medium to low heat, start by adding a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the onion chopped into cubes, the crushed garlic cloves and sauté until lightly golden brown.
Then, cut the zucchini into slices, add it to the skillet and sauté until wilted.
Season with the salt, a pinch of black pepper and stir to incorporate.
Cover the skillet and let everything cook for another 3 minutes.
In a saucepan over medium heat filled with boiling water, add the salt, the pasta and let it cook for 8 minutes.
In a medium bowl, add the zucchini we sautéed, the grated tuna, the grated mozzarella, fresh basil to taste, the olive oil and beat everything very well until smooth with a hand blender.
After the pasta is cooked, drain all the water from it and transfer to a large bowl.
Add the creamy mixture we prepared and mix everything very well to combine.
Serve.
