Into a bowl, add the eggs, the sugar, the honey and mix all the ingredients very well until combined.
Add the olive oil and the milk, mix for another minute.
Add the sifted wheat flour and the vanilla sugar, mix well.
Add the baking powder and mix.
Add the lime juice and the water, mix gently.
After that, into a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil and spread it out well.
Now put some of this batter into a funnel, covering the tip with your fingertips to prevent the batter from leaking.
Then gradually pour the batter in the skillet, in the shape of mini pancakes.
Let them fry for about 1 minute, then flip and fry on the other side for another minute.
Remove them from the skillet and drain excess oil on a plate lined with paper towels.
Serve with a syrup of your choice.
