Chocolate Cream
Assembly
In a blender, put the condensed milk, the table cream, the milk powder and the lemon juice, blend until combined, transfer to a bowl and set aside.
In a blender, put the condensed milk (well chilled) and blend for 2 minutes, add the table cream, the chocolate powder and the melted semisweet chocolate, blend until combined. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
Into a glass dish, add a layer of the lemon mousse, a layer of corn starch biscuits and a layer of the chocolate cream, repeat this process by filling the glass dish with these layers all the way to the top, let it chill in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
Top with white chocolate shavings.
