Brazilian Fritters Made in a Ziplock Bag

Into a Ziplock bag, add the warm water, the warm milk, the sugar, the dry yeast powder and the salt, seal the Ziplock bag and mix all the ingredients very well.Now add the wheat flour, seal the bag again and mix until all the ingredients combine and form a dough.Spread the dough all over the bag, cover with a tablecloth and let it rise for 1 hour.After this indicated time, cut the tip of the bag and set aside.Into a skillet filled with hot oil, add portions of the dough and use scissors to cut them.Let them fry for 2 minutes or until slightly brown.After this indicated time, remove them from the skillet and drain on a plate lined with paper towels.Serve.
