In a saucepan filled with boiling water, add the salt and the bow-tie pasta, let it all cook for 10 minutes.
After this indicated time, in a skillet, add one drizzle of olive oil, the ground beef and stir-fry until golden brown, add the red onion chopped into small cubes, the garlic cloves chopped into small cubes, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Next, add the pickled cucumbers chopped into round slices, stir.
Add the tomato puree or tomato sauce, the salt, the black pepper and the water, stir very well until incorporated.
Add parsley to taste and all the cooked pasta, stir well until incorporated into the sauce.
Add the grated cheese and cover the skillet, let it all cook until the cheese has fully melted.
Serve.
