Start by adding the grated coconut and the condensed milk into a bowl. Mix very well until combined.
Now mix well by hand until a dough is formed.
After that, add about 70% of this dough into a bowl and set aside.
Add the chocolate powder of your choice to the remaining dough and mix very well until a chocolate dough is formed.
Place the chocolate dough on the table and roll it by hand into a log shape.
Roll some plastic wrap out on the table and add 70% of that coconut dough we’ve set aside. Place dough on the plastic and flatten it into a rectangular shape.
Once you’ve done that, place the chocolate log over the dough.
Now roll the coconut dough over the chocolate log, leaving it in the center. Make sure to use the plastic wrap to help you through the process.
Shape the dough into a larger roll.
After that, take it to the fridge and leave it there for about 3 hours.
After this indicated time, remove the plastic wrap and cut the dessert into round slices, 2-finger-thick each.
To finish it off, coat each roll in grated coconut.
Serve.
