Filling
In a skillet over medium to low heat, start by adding the water, the salt, the sugar, a drizzle of olive oil, the baking powder, stir until dissolved and let it come to a boil.
Add the wheat flour and stir very well until it forms a smooth and uniform dough.
Next, let the dough rest for one hour.
In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, parsley to taste, the salt, the black pepper and mix everything very well to combine.
After the dough has rested for the recommended time, add the butter at room temperature and knead very well with your hands.
Next, divide the dough into 6 parts and shape each one.
Then, flatten the pieces of dough with your hands and stretch them out with the help of a rolling pin, shaping them into circles.
Next, with the help of a dough cutter, cut these pieces of dough and remove the excess.
Add 2 teaspoons of the filling we prepared and spread.
Add 2 small buffalo mozzarella balls and seal the dough.
Repeat this process with the remaining pieces of dough.
Transfer these snacks to a baking sheet and brush two egg yolks all over them.
Take the baking sheet to a preheated oven at 180 ° C (350° F) and bake the snacks for 40 minutes.
Serve.
