250g of Penne Pasta
1 Teaspoon of Salt
2 Cups of Water (240ml Cup)
300g of Tomato Sauce
Drizzle of Olive Oil
100g of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
25g of Parmesan Cheese
1 Pack of Table Cream (200g)
Into a pressure cooker, add the pasta, the salt, the water, the tomato sauce and the olive oil, mix gently until combined, cover the pressure cooker and take it to a boil, let it all cook for 5 minutes, once it reaches pressure.
After this indicated time, release the pressure and uncover the pressure cooker.
Add the mozzarella cheese, the Parmesan cheese and the table cream, mix all the ingredients very well.
Transfer all the pasta to a serving dish or platter.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese to taste all over it.
Serve.
