In a small bowl, add the natural yogurt, the instant coffee and mix until the coffee dissolves completely.
Transfer everything to a large bowl, add a pinch of salt, the refined sugar, the oil, the vanilla essence, the cocoa powder and mix everything very well using a whisk.
Add the cornstarch and mix again until incorporated.
Next, add the wheat flour, the baking powder and mix again into a smooth and uniform dough.
Now, get a teaspoon of this dough, shape it into a ball, then using a bottle cap, make markings on the dough and press the ends, making a pointy shape.
Repeat this process with all the dough and transfer everything to a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.
Take to a preheated oven at one 180° C (350° F) and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve.
