Baked Meatballs with Potatoes and Tomatoes

Cut the peeled potatoes into round slices and set them aside.Chop half of the onion into thin strips and grate the other half.Place the ground beef in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, then shape it into meatballs, it will make about 25 meat balls.Into a baking sheet, add a drizzle of olive oil or oil, add the potato slices, cover them with the onion strips, then add the meatballs and the cherry tomatoes. Set aside.Into a bowl, add the grated cheese and the packs of table cream, mix very well until combined.With a spoon, top it all with this creamy mixture, spreading very well.Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 50 minutes.Serve.

  • 600g of Ground Beef
  • 2 Packs of Table Cream (200g each)
  • 700g of Peeled Potatoes
  • 300g of Mozzarella Cheese
  • 12 to 15 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 Generous Pinch of Black Pepper
  • Parsley to Taste
