Cut the peeled potatoes into round slices and set them aside.
Chop half of the onion into thin strips and grate the other half.
Place the ground beef in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, then shape it into meatballs, it will make about 25 meat balls.
Into a baking sheet, add a drizzle of olive oil or oil, add the potato slices, cover them with the onion strips, then add the meatballs and the cherry tomatoes. Set aside.
Into a bowl, add the grated cheese and the packs of table cream, mix very well until combined.
With a spoon, top it all with this creamy mixture, spreading very well.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 50 minutes.
