Charcuterie Cups

Start by putting 2 tablespoons of in-shell roasted pistachios in each glass.In each glass, place 4 blueberries, 2 raspberries, 2 slices of white cheddar cheese and 1 round of mozzarella cheese.Make sure you arrange everything properly, so it looks nice and presentable.Now get toothpicks, stick the black olives and the green olives and add one of them to each glass.Make a salami rose; to do so, line up 4 slices of salami folded in half just like this, roll them up and secure them with a toothpick, just like shown in the video.Make 6 salami roses and add one to each glass.Place 1 cracker of your choice in each glass.Add the cubes of cheddar cheese and garnish with rosemary sprigs to taste.Finish by adding one macaron of your choice to each glass.Serve.

  • 6 Cocktail Glasses

  • 6 Crackers
  • 6 Macarons
  • 12 Cubes of Cheddar Cheese
  • Rosemary Sprigs to Taste

Modo de Fazer

Start by putting 2 tablespoons of in-shell roasted pistachios in each glass. 

In each glass, place 4 blueberries, 2 raspberries, 2 slices of white cheddar cheese and 1 round of mozzarella cheese. 

Make sure you arrange everything properly, so it looks nice and presentable.
